Submit a Job

AIGA Philadelphia is a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit. Please allow up to three business days for our team to review and approve your submission before it is published on our website. Follow the steps below to complete your job posting submission.

Job posts are $40.00 for each single post on our Job Board or $130.00 for a single post on our Job Board with Facebook and Twitter posts. Please contact us with any questions.

Your job will remain active on our website for 90 days unless you notify us earlier. Please note, AIGA Philadelphia has the right to refuse any job posting that doesn’t reflect our chapter’s standards.


 

Submission Steps

STEP 1:

Complete the Job Posting Form with details about your job opportunity.

STEP 2:

Choose one of the following payment options:

  • Option 1 – $40.00
    • Single Job Post – One job post on the AIGA Philadelphia Job Board
  • Option 2 – $130.00
    • Single Job Post on the AIGA Philadelphia Job Board plus promotional posts on:
      • Instagram (1 post + 1 story)
      • LinkedIn (1 post)
      • Slack (1 announcement)

These posts will be scheduled within two weeks of the job posting going live.


 

Social Media Promotion

If you select Option 2, include an image to be featured in our social media posts. Please follow these file requirements for the best display across platforms:

Images

  • Recommended size: 1080 x 1350 px (4:5 aspect ratio, preferred)
  • Alternative size: 1080 x 1080 px (1:1 aspect ratio, square)
  • File types: PNG, JPG
  • Max file size: 30MB

Videos

  • Resolution: 1080 x 1350 px (preferred)
  • File formats: MP4, MOV
  • Max file size: 4GB
  • Duration: Up to 60 seconds
