Job Description:
Relay, a VC-funded technology company located in Radnor PA, is seeking a highly talented, savvy Graphic Designer to join its growing team. The Designer must be a team player, self-driven, and possess well-rounded design skills and a passion for solving problems with thoughtful design. You will work on a variety of projects including branding, advertising, web design, sales collateral and everything in between.

Day to day:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Relay’s product, brand, customer and landscape to generate creative that resonates
- Own all aspects of designing, executing and maintaining the Relay website, working closely with the marketing team on everything from content, to layout, to A/B testing, to conversion optimization for a B2B2C product
- Lead design for outward facing Relay projects, including events, landing pages, blog posts, sponsored content and digital advertising that drives brand awareness and engagement
- Regular content design and creation that is optimized for social media channels to create brand consistency, improve engagement, and increase followers
- Providing design support for new products and features that align with Relay’s brand and style guidelines
- Working collaboratively with Sales, Client Success, Product and Technology to drive projects and outputs that support our business goals
- Work on internal brand projects such as office design projects, swag, and employee communication collateral to maintain a positive Relay culture and promote our company values through a consistent, on-brand experience
Required Experience and Skills:
- 3-5 years working experience
- Ability to think creatively and be able to drive new ways to visually support everything from broad strategic concepts to design functionality
- Ability to work collaboratively within the Marketing team, and alongside sales executives, product managers, client success managers, developers and outside stakeholders on a daily basis
- Strong sense of design principles, typography and layout
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and marketing communications principles
- Knowledge of print production for various outputs
- Digital photography and photo editing
- Comfortable using Relay’s brand guidelines and previous design work to assist in producing Relay material
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with the ability to use these programs on a daily basis
- Highly skilled in web development technologies (HTML/CSS, WordPress, Javascript)
- Work independently and check in frequently with manager to solve problems and update project statuses
- Demonstrated capacity to learn quickly and willingness to learn new design methods; up-to-date with all current design technologies, trends and developments
- Can-do, positive, ready to work attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience at a B2B or B2C company is a plus

- Candidates must submit a strong portfolio that showcases your work with particular emphasis on web development/Wordpress and other relevant projects (e.g. B2B) your contributions to each (if collaborative), and the design programs or technologies used:
- Adobe Illustrator
