Job Description:
Paragraph Inc. is seeking a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our clients.
The Account Manager will:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as their advisor
  • Coordinate internal and external resources and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Generate marketing ideas for growth opportunities with existing clients
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the internal team to market the firm’s practices
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 3 years of account management and agency experience
  • The ability to communicate effectively
  • A creative approach to problem-solving
  • Highly developed teamwork skills
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • A demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
