Posters Against Ebola – First Friday Reception

Join us for our October First Friday Reception! AIGA Philadelphia’s October exhibit at SPACE will feature works from Posters Against Ebola, a project that encourages designers, artists, and activists to express ideas, solutions, and opinions about ebola and the human reaction to it. This deadly disease has created many controversies both locally and globally. Posters in the collection deal with such issues as forced quarantine for healthcare workers, US responsibility and apathy, uninformed fear, the politics of funding for disease control, post-disease stigma and more.

Proceeds from the sale of the posters will go to fund Doctors Without Borders. Posters can be purchased at AIGA Philadelphia SPACE or online.
