Enjoy an evening learning tips and tricks for creating beautiful calligraphy with Meredith Langer. You’ll begin by learning the art of traditional nib and ink calligraphy, then work with more experimental forms of modern calligraphy, including brush, chisel and felt tip pens on a variety of papers. All supplies are included in ticket price; including a nib, a nib holder, ink and a felt tip pen to continue practicing the techniques acquired during this class.

This event is BYO bottle, so you can enjoy a drink while you draw letters.

About Meredith Langer

Meredith’s talents with typography are conveyed through many mediums: chalkboards, invitations, wood burning, product design & anything wedding related. She loves sharing her knowledge & skills with other people! She is greatly inspired by Victorian or romantic eras and loves anything that this old or aged. Meredith often incorporates nature’s elements and her love of the Pennsylvania landscape into her work. In school, she studied art and focused on textiles & photography. She loves spinning her own yarn & knitting or weaving with the results. Many people call her a “renaissance woman” because her wide array of talents & skills.
