Friends, Peace, and Sanctuary is the name of the award-winning Arabic- English book GDLOFT created for Swarthmore College.

Friends, Peace, and Sanctuary are also the reason we created an International Type series for the Design community of Philadelphia.

If you’re interested in learning about design using unique alphabets with different systems and styles, join us for a Happy Hour kick-off to this series with ARABIC. Allan Espiritu and Kevin Kernan from GDLOFT share Design Cases where they created projects in Arabic. Gigi Sifen a native Arabic Designer will also join us to share some tips on how to create a bi-lingual type and branding.

Doors will open at 5:30 for Food and Drinks, and the first 5 attendees to arrive will receive their names printed in Arabic.
