Community Event: Designing Leadership

Designing Leadership: Executive Development for the Creative Economy
Presented by the Arts + Business Council for Greater Philadelphia

The Arts + Business Council for Greater Philadelphia is committed to developing leaders in the creative economy, including for-profit creative and nonprofit arts and culture communities. Now in its sixth year, Designing Leadership is a five-session program, taught by expert faculty from IBM and the Wharton School, focusing on individual and organizational leadership competencies. Participants benefit from world-class faculty and the shared experience of collaborating with their creative peers on real-time challenges.

Participants in this year’s Designing Leadership program will meet for five Thursday sessions from September 28 to November 2, 2018. Each session will focus on a different aspect of leadership, from individual to organizational and community leadership.

If you’re one of Philadelphia’s top creative leaders, sign up for Designing Leadership to get connected to other members of your community, to collaborate on real-time challenges, and to build a stronger creative economy for the region.

If you’re a business or nonprofit leader, sign up to strengthen your management performance, your employee engagement, and to access city-wide networking opportunities.
