Home Sweet Hood is an annual event hosted by Cohere, a creative agency that specializes in adaptive reuse real estate projects and placemaking. We created the event to grant access to the unique projects under construction and hear behind the scenes stories from the change makers who are transforming exciting spaces in Philadelphia.

As part of the 2019 DesignPhiladelphia Festival, guests can enjoy a hard hat tour of the Harbisons Dairy building in Kensington to get a rare tour of the project in its early construction phase and see the well-known milk bottle restoration underway with space activation courtesy of Rohe Creative. To finish off the evening join us at Martha for an exclusive menu sampling and hear the behind the scenes story about Martha’s successful adaptive reuse.
