Beyond the Creative 5: The In-House Hack
As leaders of creative teams, one of our primary contributions to the success of our groups is either pro- or reactively solving problems. In the current vernacular this practice is often referred to as “the hack”—formally characterized as “an appropriate application of ingenuity.” The In-House #Hack offers strategies and tactics covering a variety of topics affecting in-house creative teams. Topics include collaborative culture, meetings, workload, leadership practices, technology tools, purpose and strategy.
Training format: information-intensive short-form presentations, roundtables to share war stories and successes, and “ask the expert” sessions will give you the opportunity to address issues unique to your workplace challenges.
