Job Description:
The Associate Graphic Designer reports to the Art Director, and will aid in the development of all company and client graphics-related materials; provide graphic design support, concept art, and project information to design leads, project leads, and executives.
Responsibilities:
Produce and design specialized high-science educational materials, promotional advertising, and other, related multimedia graphic design projects for pharmaceutical/biotechnology marketing in print, web, mobile applications, animation, and video. Develop concepts and concept art, and provide direction and support through execution of projects. Research competitor materials and new graphic design trends for relevant education and promotional marketing materials, including new media channels.
Qualifications:
- 2 years formal training in Graphic Arts/Design, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0-2 years work experience
- Proficient working within Mac OS, expert at Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat; other CC program experience a plus
- Proficient working in MS Office Suite, PPT expertise a plus
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to understand and apply complex written and oral instructions
- Work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Work in a team environment
- Communicate effectively
- Working knowledge of html and web design is a plus
