In this workshop, AIGA Philly and Girl Develop It will teach you how to see the bigger picture and guide you through the initial steps of starting a business. Gain confidence, learn to believe in yourself, and come Take the Leap.

In the first half of the workshop, you will hear several Philadelphia success stories talk about their ups and downs after saying 'goodbye' to their 9-5's and how they cultivated self-employment into a fulfilling career. The talks will be followed by a Q&A where you will have the opportunity to pick their brains.

In the second half, we'll get down to the nitty-gritty of starting your business. A panel of lawyers, accountants, and PR professionals will be answering all your burning questions. They are here to provide expert advice on where to begin and how to navigate your path to success so take advantage of this opportunity to ask questions!
