The Philadelphia Community Arts Network (PCAN) began almost 30 years ago as the Manayunk Community Center for the Arts with a mission “to make the arts and arts education accessible to the community” Our programming is focused on arts education for children: individual music lessons, beginning and advanced instruction in art and cartooning, theater and dance classes.
