Emily Oberman of Pentagram at Moore

Calling all graphic designers! Emily Oberman is coming to Moore College of Art & Design!

Moore is excited to welcome Pentagram partner Emily Oberman to campus as the 2024 Graphic Design department’s visiting artist, for a special event hosted in partnership with AIGA Philadelphia.

Oberman is a multidisciplinary designer whose work encompasses brand identity, motion graphics, publications, packaging, advertising and websites. Perhaps best known for her work in the entertainment industry, Oberman has designed the titles for Saturday Night Live for the past 27 years—one of many long-standing relationships with iconic entertainment brands like NBC, Warner Bros, Warner Music Group, DC and Amazon Prime Video. Her work goes beyond brand identity to touch many of the shows and movies that have become part of the fabric of our culture, including The Tonight Show, the Harry Potter Wizarding World and Fantastic Beasts franchises, Ready Player One and Justice League. Her work has even ventured beyond Earth with the space flight company Virgin Galactic.

This exciting evening lecture will take place on Thursday, March 14 in Moore’s Graham Auditorium, with a reception starting a 6 pm and lecture starting at 7 pm. This event is FREE and open to the public. Click HERE to register.
