Job Description:
Paragraph Inc. is seeking a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our clients.
The Account Manager will:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as their advisor
- Coordinate internal and external resources and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Generate marketing ideas for growth opportunities with existing clients
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the internal team to market the firm’s practices
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 3 years of account management and agency experience
- The ability to communicate effectively
- A creative approach to problem-solving
- Highly developed teamwork skills
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
