Immediate opening for a full-time Web/Graphic Designer with a background in both print and web design to join our in-house Communications team. We are looking for a creative professional who demonstrates a strong understanding of art and copy composition with respect to arrangement, size, type, and related aesthetic concepts. Our ideal candidate will have 5 years of professional work experience and possess a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues.

Duties:

Publication design and layout
Web design, layout, and concepts
Print collateral; brochures, flyers, postcards, sell sheets, etc.
Advertisements (both print and web formats)
Signage (posters, banners, and trade show graphics)
HTML email design and management
Logo design and branding
Artwork for social media pages and ad campaigns

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software: Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Acrobat
Strong understanding of and proficiency in HTML and CSS as related to emails; experience following best practices
Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Demonstrated ability to work through multiple projects in an accelerated environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
Ability to quickly and clearly communicate with internal and external clients and vendors
Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills, yet self-reliant, resourceful, and able to work independently
Thorough knowledge of final art file preparation for print materials
