Job Description:
Durkan Group is growing and seeking a UI/UX Digital Designer who can create visually compelling designs for websites, landing pages, digital campaigns and applications, with various audiences and devices in mind (responsive). This position works directly with the Creative Director and peer designers and developers to make highly functional websites and marketing campaigns. This is a full-time, hybrid role.

• Provide deliverables in the discovery phase including audience personas, wire frames, sketches, etc.
• Communicate ideas & project status clearly.
• Produce concise presentations & emails.
• Contribute and develop ideas for design concepts for clients in varied industries.

Must Haves
• Passion for digital & what we do.
• Have 2-5 years experience designing web sites and web applications.
• In-depth understanding of WordPress, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, InDesign, Creative Cloud.
• Strong portfolio of web design work.
• Able to adapt and take strong initiative on projects.
• Innate disposition and desire to provide exceptional service to all parties.
• Able to design and create with confidence.
• Can produce concise presentations & emails.

Nice to Haves
• Agency experience is preferred but not required. Agency life can be crazy and is not for everyone. We are looking for someone who is built for it.
• Interest in technology, marketing & arts.
• Experience coding sites.
• HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.
• Print design & production experience.
• Branding/Identity design experience.
