Tipping Point Media, located in West Chester, PA is seeking an in-house interactive designer experienced in conceptualizing, designing, and building interactive experiences with a strong focus on education. This position will offer you the opportunity to grow, do what you love and maximize your strengths.

You will be involved in every aspect of our projects, from ideation to completion.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years professional experience and a BFA in Graphic/Interactive Design
Strong visual design skills, including a solid understanding of typography, composition, use of color, and a pixel-level eye for detail
Demonstrated experience producing design process deliverables – wireframes, style frames, storyboards, etc.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational, project and time management skills
A great attitude with an emphasis on design excellence
Natural ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Portfolio featuring past work experience showing wide-range skill set
Get it done attitude without compromising quality

Role and Responsibilities:

Brainstorm and collaborate with our internal teams and clients 
Create engaging design solutions using the Adobe Creative Suite
Develop interactive educational programs
Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and to prioritize and organize effectively
Comfortable in client facing situations, including pitching projects and presenting project work
