Position: Designer
Location: Philadelphia, PA

The Designer will work with fellow designers, our product team, and clients to conceptualize, design, and document new web reports and tools. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
What You’ll Do:
- Attend meetings with clients to document product requirements and use cases
- Conceptualize the visual display of quantitative information
- Design overall layout and aesthetic of web tools and reports
- Detail precise functionality for development teams
- Draft creative concepts and UX for reports and tools
- Help refine our brand
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years of work experience
- Undergraduate major in graphic design or related field
- Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Clean and elegant design aesthetic
- Strong eye for layout and color
- Intense attention to detail
- Experience designing for the web
- Experience with data displays preferred
