For Mentees

Mentees are paired with experienced designers who provide feedback, perspective, and support throughout the program.
For Mentors
Mentor applications are open year-round.
We are always looking for experienced designers who are interested in supporting the next generation.
Mentors typically:
- Have mid-level to senior experience
- Work across design disciplines
- Are interested in giving back to the community
- Enjoy guiding others through their creative journey
Mentors play a key role in shaping the future of Philadelphia’s design community.
