Welcome to Power.The Marketing Communications team is currently seeking a highly motivated and innovative Junior Graphic Designer. As a member of the Marketing Communications team, you will be charged with designing elements for these various events, while working with a group of highly creative individuals, including videographers, photographers, and content creators. It’s a fast paced, fun environment that challenges you to step outside your comfort zone.

As the Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for dynamic projects, while working under our Senior Graphic Designers. From social media to environmental graphics to our internal magazine, your work will vary across platforms and styles. In one day, you might create a clean, minimal piece, and a wildly creative, loose event graphic. Working directly with C-level executives and vice presidents, you will gain an inside perspective on this growing business.
Responsibilities:

  • Branding
  • Layout
  • Illustration
  • Brainstorming & creating mood boards
  • Attending creative meetings
Qualifications:

  • Adobe Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop experience required
  • Mac proficient and experience with typography required
  • Portfolio required in link or PDF form
  • Agency or in-house design experience preferred
  • HTML Coding, Dreamweaver, and Keynote experience a plus
  • Team oriented, passionate, and great communicator
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback and criticism
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to multitask a must
