Job Description:

Parx Casino, located in Bensalem, PA., is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our expanding team of talented and creative professionals. This is a full-time on-site position. Must thrive on a mix of creative design challenges and production duties and be able to work quickly and effectively in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate must be a self starter, detail oriented, and highly motivated. Thoroughness and attention to detail are key to success in this position. Individuals only, no freelance, telecommuting or firms.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Director of Multimedia,
design team members, other departments, and stakeholders to create effective
digital assets
- Graphic design and production for print
advertisements, branding, and identity projects
- Direct mail pieces, collateral materials,
mockups, and online advertising
- Execute top-quality design of a wide variety of
cutting-edge, high quality digital assets for use in publication, emails,
banners, social media ads, homepages, landing pages, and more
- Collaborate with team members, other
departments, and stakeholders to create effective digital assets
- Other department tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Adobe Creative Suite: 5+
years (Preferred)
- Digital Design: 5+ years
(Preferred)
- Proficient with Adobe
Creative Cloud including expertise with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Ability to work both
autonomously, as part of a team, and can take direction
- Detail oriented with a
strong eye for design, typography, composition, form, color, ability to
prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and meet deadlines
- Strong graphic design,
layout, typography, and image manipulation skills
- Working knowledge of web
based technologies including HTML and CSS a plus
- A passion to develop
oneself and stays abreast of new technologies and design strategies
- Strong portfolio of current and past works
Benefits and Salary:
Salary will be based on the candidate experience. Benefits include: Holidays, sick time, vacation time, vision, dental, medical and prescription after 90 days of employment.
