Job Description:
Munroe Creative Partners is looking for a full-time, mid-to-senior level Art Director to join our Philadelphia office. We are a fun, fast-paced branding agency, providing our clients with award-winning, strategic, print and digital design solutions. Our clients’ are in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, real estate, hospitality & tourism and financial services, as well as retail and consumer goods – just to name a few.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in an agency or in-house setting
- A passion for design — both print and digital
- Work that demonstrates strong strategic thinking
- Work that demonstrates the ability to conceptualize the “big idea”
- Willingness to constantly learn new technologies and creative disciplines
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing and prioritizing projects to meet multiple tight deadlines
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with other designers and copywriters
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills and follow current design trends
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and/or WordPress is a definite plus
