Movers Specialty Service, Inc. is the nation’s award winning leader, providing 3rd Party Services to the moving and relocation industries for over 35 years. We currently have an immediate opening for a Billing Associate to provide accurate and efficient billing in our Montgomeryville, PA based corporate headquarters. We are seeking a motivated and high-energy individual who will develop working relationships with accounts and generate accurate invoices.

Tasks include

Research and generate invoices.
Verify accuracy of information.
Follow up on unbilled orders and discrepancies.
Respond to inquiries from customers, shippers and subcontractors.

Requirements
Success in this position requires ability to obtain detailed knowledge of MSS services and their applications. Excellent verbal communication and detail oriented are essential job requirements. Basic computer proficiency is required as are basic math skills needed to calculate billable services. High school diploma or equivalent required.

We are staffed from 8:30AM until 9PM to support our customers nationwide. Overtime and some Saturday hours (9AM to 1PM) are required on a rotating basis.
