The Website Designer & Front End Developer is responsible for the design, development, and analytics of all websites. This includes continually reviewing the latest design and web standards, brainstorming new ideas and initiatives, and strategizing with design management to make updates to the websites, videos, and other brand materials. This position is also responsible for continually evaluating the functionality and updating the site as needed to ensure optimal user experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and launch visually appealing, responsive websites and branded experiences with functional optimization across all major browsers and mobile devices
2. Ensure the functionality of company websites is continually meeting current standards as well as the brand and company strategies. Troubleshoot and solve any issues that arise
3. Analyzing and auditing existing websites for user experience, consistency, brand, and functionality
4. Review analytics of sites monthly and provide suggestions to improve activity and user experience
5. Continually research new design and web standards, provide recommendations and execute strategies to improve designs, web presence, UX, and brand experience
6. Must possess the ability to take designs through the stages of concept, execution, and published format in relatively short timeframes independently
7. Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• 3-5 years graphic design and web design experience
• Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects)
• Must have strong skills in HTML, XHTML, and CSS
• Web proficiency and coding required (including experience with WordPress)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Extensive Graphic Design and Web Design Portfolio
• Must understand and help to facilitate branding strategies
• Must have superior communications skills, both written and verbal
• Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and a creative out-of-the-box-thinker
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple simultaneous projects
• Strong, self-directed technical and design skills required
• Financial Services experience a plus
