John & Kira’s Chocolate

John & Kira’s Chocolate is an established Philadelphia chocolate gifting company with a small team of professionals producing star-quality confections for direct distribution around the country. We pride ourselves on our dedicated & flexible staff, all of whom love chocolate and make customer service their #1 priority.

We are looking for a digital design & customer service specialist to join our company full-time. You will provide daily design support & creativity for our website, answer incoming customer phone calls & emails, assist with fulfillment & shipping details, and cater to our wholesale & corporate clients. You will act as a designer, a sales associate, a printer, a copyeditor, a troubleshooter, and update our website, sometimes all in one day. You will design simple website coding & HTML within current brand standards and create & convert files for print. You will work directly with the owner, chef chocolatier, and freelance artists to brainstorm & implement new projects.

Qualifications

High proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to have fun with your job and colleagues
