Job Description:
Fiore Design is a graphic design studio located in Haverford, PA,. We are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to our growing team. If you like being around a creative team and meet the requirements listed, please send us your cover letter and resume.
Responsibilities:
- Should be comfortable representing Fiore Design as a direct client contact on calls and in–person meetings
- Will be the key contact on environment projects; working with construction and building planners alongside clients to ensure project details, schedules and costs
- Work directly with designers to ensure projects are in-line with client needs
- Maintain project schedules
- Maintain client files and job jackets
- Participate in client presentations and conference calls
- Proofread all work before files are released
- Review vendor quotes and verify production specifications
- Assist Account Manager where needed on all agency projects
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read project blueprints and interior design plans is a plus
- Savvy with social media and able to represent company appropriately as needed
- Some travel required
- Ability to work overtime hours as needed
- Must pass background check and drug test
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business Administration, and have at least 3 years experience in a similar setting. Candidates should be detail oriented, ready to think outside the box, and offer creative solutions to customer problems. Multitasking and critical thinking skills are a must.
