Job Description:
Event Strategy Group is in search of a talented and dynamic art director to join our Philadelphia based agency. You must have a strong design background, command of design fundamentals and the ability to work in a very free flowing agency environment. If you are charismatic, innovative, strategic and have an entrepreneurial spirit, you’ll be the perfect fit. We are looking for an individual with a proven ability to effectively bring a brand to life in a large format, event setting.

You must be a master of composition and respect typography like it was your mother. You will not just be an idea person, but a detail oriented design king (or queen) who lives for making people think while being drawn to the aesthetics of your work.

You will be responsible for creating and meeting deadlines and managing one full time (more coming) designer and freelance staff. A minimum of 5 years’ experience and a portfolio to prove it are a must. Super great benefits – and even better co-workers – will be provided and salary will depend upon experience and work.

This role will report to the President and require extensive coordination with our Event Designers (3D), Event Managers and clients.
