DMG Marketing, a successful, 20+ year-old, Delaware-based marketing and communications agency, is seeking a production designer to round out an efficient, in-house creative team.

About Us:
Our offices are in Greenville, Delaware, conveniently located just outside of Wilmington. Our clients are mostly large consumer financial services firms with a nationwide market focus and strong brands, but through the years, we have worked for over 80 clients in a broad array of industries. Presently, our work skews 80% print and 20% digital. We work hard, have fun, and take pride in generating great work that always exceeds our clients’ expectations.

The Job:
As Production Designer you’ll work closely with our other designers, art director, and the account management team to execute designs, modify existing files, prepare files for release to print/coding, and manage our extensive inventory of art files and client assets, always ensuring accuracy and thoughtful execution on all levels of production. We’ll teach you the ins and outs of pre-production and printing, so you can prepare, preflight, and proof files like a pro.

About You:
High attention to detail, strong typographic and layout sensibilities, and an outstanding work ethic are required. You must have a graphic design/art degree and an in-depth knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. You should have a strong willingness to learn, a desire to work on a small, highly professional creative team, and the ability and self-discipline to smile and put in extra effort in the face of tight deadlines.
