Are you ready to lead the creative function of an in-house Marcom department for a multi-national company with market leading products?
AMETEK is a $4B global manufacturing leader of electronic instrumentation. Headquartered in Berwyn, PA, our creative team designs graphics for trade shows, print, and digital platforms on behalf of our businesses worldwide.
The Graphics Manager will lead AMETEK’s internal creative and graphics design efforts, and will manage the development, scheduling, and production of graphics projects for all AMETEK Divisions worldwide. This includes product and sales literature, trade show graphics, logo designs, PowerPoint, and web. This position serves as an internal consultant to business Divisions on graphics issues, manages resources including an annual Graphics’ budget, and is a purchaser of printing and other outside services for the Company. This may include interviewing and securing freelancers to handle peak workloads.
The ideal candidate must be committed to excellence and customer focus, and be effective at building partnering relationships with Divisional and Corporate customers. The Graphics Manager will lead and coach two direct reports.
Critical experience necessary for success in this position include::
- Associates or technical degree required; Bachelors preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in corporate or agency environment and at least 2+ leading a graphic design team
- Demonstrated experience with B2B marketing/graphics
