Job Description:
The American College of Physicians (ACP), a prestigious
medical membership association for doctors of internal medicine located in
Philadelphia, is seeking a full time Interactive/Print Graphic Designer.
Responsibilities:
The Interactive/Print Graphic Designer strategizes and conceptualizes design and campaign concepts in conjunction with the Art Director, originators and/or clients. They will design, coordinate, and produce engaging and brand-consistent graphic collateral materials, including but not limited to brochures, blast emails, print and digital ads, and animations. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Researching
and developing design approaches based on the needs of the client
• Making
presentations to clients on design solutions
• Coordinating
projects’ production through to completion
• Assembling
files for print production
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), and have the ability to execute and coordinate processes essential to quality design for both digital and print production. Applicants must have demonstrated competency in interactive design, animation, and blast email creation, as well as some knowledge of HTML, CSS, and coding. The candidate should be proficient in the use of the Macintosh operating system along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
