Job Description

Replica Creative is a design and print firm dedicated to providing the highest quality print, web, and multimedia marketing materials to businesses and individuals in the Tri-State area and beyond. We are currently seeking a fast-learning, focused individual to assist our team with design projects, print production, and customer interactions in both our Rittenhouse Square and University City locations.

Qualifications

• At least two years of design experience preferred, but will consider a minimum of one year for an extraordinary candidate
• Major in Graphic Design or Graphic Communications
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop are required
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prepare digital files for printing
• Knowledge of file crops, bleeds and CMYK color chart
• Ability to maintain a high level of maturity and professionalism, as well as friendliness and enthusiasm in the workplace
• Knowledge of customer service and sales processes
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Outstanding ability to coordinate and complete multiple deadline-driven projects
• Excellent attention to detail and exceptional time management skills a must

Projects may include (but not limited to)

• Producing brochures, business cards, posters and booklets
• Branding, Identity & Logo design
• Assist with creating exhibition media kits
• Assist in brainstorming concepts for upcoming projects and marketing strategies
• Banners and posters
• Financial and annual report documents and books
• Wall, floor, and window graphics
