• 7+ years of relevant professional experience including a minimum of 2 years in a team leadership role
• A thinker; someone who is able to conceptualize and visualize how to bring an idea to life across channels
• Direct client interaction experience, especially a keen ability to build relationships, effectively translate client vision to deliver impressive outcomes
• Inspiring and effective presentation skills
• Strong and demonstrated branding experience tied directly to measurable impact
• A strong design sensibility with exposure to web technologies, software and languages including HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript
• A broad knowledge of brand and storytelling trends including current content marketing strategies and techniques, a strong online portfolio displaying web, mobile, video and motion graphics experience, user-centered design, and experience with web database solutions are definite assets
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Animation, Illustration

• Experience with video direction, production, storyboarding and collaborating with video partners
• Mastery of animation and motion graphics principles
• Strong leadership skills
