Creative curiosity has led Tim to such varied environments as a multinational consumer products juggernaut (Johnson & Johnson) and a small but influential record label in a London suburb (4AD Records), with posts at MTV, Razorfish, HarperCollins Publishers, Quirk Books, and New York magazine along the way. Whatever the environment, Tim strives to create powerful and compelling work, and to foster a culture of experimentation and discovery. He currently serves as Executive Creative Director of 160over90, where he’s helped shepherd the design process for clients including UCLA, YMCA of Metro Chicago, UNC-Chapel Hill and many others. His book exploring the creative process, “Sketchbook“, is available from Rockport Publishers, and is a lasting testament to doodling during boring meetings.
