A comprehensive fair where designers meet the vendors that serve their needs. This year, Urban Outfitter's Jharoka will be the place to showcase your goods and services, and interact directly with the largest community of designers in Philadelphia.

As a vendor and/or sponsor, you will be included in our communications that reach our membership of over 700, and our mailings to over 900 members of the design community. You'll be reaching a group of innovators, influencers and avid consumers of paper, printing, and interactive designer goods and services.

Tables and booths will be set up for vendors to promote their goods and services. INDEX is a promotional opportunity to interact with potential customers and to create new and future relationships.

Entry Sponsor	$500	Logo and Senior Sponsor designation on all print communications, web section for the event and all signage at event.

Discount rates apply to any Fall 2009 - Spring 2010 sponsor. Please refer to the latest sponsorship structure. (available online at http://www.aigaphilly.org/sponsors.html).

Purchasing a table allows you to display any promotional material that can be easily placed atop the table. Freestanding booths or elements are subject to approval by AIGA and by Urban Outfitters. No sales transactions will be allowed during the event.

Each table can be used by the company/person to promote their own goods and services. Each space will be assigned to one company. If you are purchasing a shared table, you may specify who will share the other half.

Urban Outfitters requires that each vendor shows proof of insurance. If you need to purchase insurance for this event, we may recommend a vendor.
