Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other creative team members
- Perform tight turnarounds and last-minute edits
- Possess good taste and judgment; be able to explain your ideas
- Help senior teams maintain consistent standards
- Learn agency workflow and anticipate next steps
Qualifications:
- Working towards or completed an art-school or design/ad-program degree
- InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite like the back of your hand.
- A portfolio preferably including the following: identity work, something conceptual, long-form print, digital work
- Ability to commit to 40 hours a work week
- Willingness to mix both lowbrow with highbrow work
- Previous design or ad internship in a communications setting a plus
