A comprehensive fair where designers meet the vendors that serve their needs. This year, the National Constitution Center will be the place to showcase your goods and services, and interact directly with the largest community of designers in Philadelphia.

As a vendor or sponsor, you will have the opportunity to reach our membership of over 700, and our mailings to over 900 members of the design community; a group of innovators and influencers and avid consumers of paper, printing, designer goods and services.

Tables and booths will be set up for vendors to promote their goods and services. INDEX is a promotional opportunity to interact with potential customers and to create new and future relationships.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

Senior Sponsor	$1,000	Logo and Senior Sponsor designation on all print communications, web section for the event and all signage during event. Discounted rate for table at event*.
Junior Sponsor	$750	Logo and Junior Sponsor designation on all print communications, web section for the event and all signage during event. Discounted rate for table at event*.
Entry Sponsor	$500	Logo and Entry Sponsor designation on all print communications, web section for the event and all signage during event. Discounted rate for table at event*.

*Discounted rate ($650 for a Single Table and $325 for Shared) applies to small businesses, sponsors for any Fall 07–Spring 08 event and at AIGA Philadelphia’s discretion.

Purchasing a table allows you to display any promotional material that can be easily placed atop the table (except food items). Freestanding booths or elements are subject to approval by AIGA and the National Constitution Center. No sales transactions will be allowed during the event.

Each table can be used by the company/person to promote their own goods and services. Each space will be assigned to one company. If you are purchasing a shared table, you may specify who will share the other half.

The National Constitution Center requires proof of insurance. You will be asked to fill out a Vendor Form, which will be sent to you via email after registration. If you can’t provide proof of insurance you can purchase group insurance for a fee of $25.
